Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul. Tonqa'yı kullanarak ve ilk açılışta kullanıcı adını seçerek bu koşulları kabul edersin. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.

2. Hesap. Tonqa, cihazında bir misafir hesabı açar; istersen Apple ya da Google hesabına bağlayabilirsin. Hesabını Ayarlar'dan istediğin zaman silebilirsin.

3. Topluluk kuralları. Tonqa'da uygunsuz içeriğe ve kötü davranışa sıfır tolerans vardır. Sohbette, kullanıcı adında ve oyun içinde:

  • küfür, hakaret, nefret söylemi ve cinsel içerik yasaktır;
  • başkalarını rahatsız etmek, tehdit etmek ya da istenmeyen mesajlarla boğmak yasaktır;
  • telefon numarası, adres, sosyal medya hesabı gibi kişisel bilgiler paylaşılmamalıdır.

4. Moderasyon. Sohbet ve kullanıcı adları otomatik bir süzgeçten geçer; uygunsuz kelimeler gizlenir. Rahatsız olduğun bir oyuncuyu sessize alabilir, engelleyebilir ya da bildirebilirsin. Bildirimlere 24 saat içinde bakarız. Kuralları çiğneyenin sohbeti geçici olarak kapatılabilir, kullanıcı adı sıfırlanabilir; ağır ya da tekrarlanan ihlallerde hesap kapatılabilir.

5. Soru içeriği. Sorular dikkatle hazırlanır ama hata içerebilir; hatalı bir soruyu uygulamadan bildirebilirsin. Görsellerin kaynakları ve lisansları uygulamada gösterilir.

6. Sorumluluğun sınırı. Tonqa olduğu gibi sunulur; kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

7. Değişiklikler. Bu koşullar değişebilir; önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmek yeni koşulları kabul etmek demektir.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance. By using Tonqa and choosing a username when you first open it, you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the app.

2. Account. Tonqa creates a guest account on your device; you may link it to Apple or Google. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. Community rules. Tonqa has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. In chat, in usernames and in games:

  • swearing, insults, hate speech and sexual content are not allowed;
  • harassing, threatening or spamming other players is not allowed;
  • do not share personal information such as phone numbers, addresses or social media accounts.

4. Moderation. Chat and usernames pass an automatic filter that hides objectionable words. You can mute, block or report a player who bothers you. We look at every report within 24 hours. A player who breaks the rules may have their chat closed for a while or their username reset; serious or repeated violations can close the account.

5. Question content. Questions are written with care but may contain mistakes; you can report a question in the app. Picture sources and licences are shown in the app.

6. Limitation of liability. Tonqa is provided as is, without a promise that it will always work or be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

7. Changes. These terms may change; we announce important changes in the app. Using Tonqa after a change means you accept the new terms.
