Bu politika, Tonqa mobil uygulamasının hangi bilgileri neden topladığını, nasıl kullandığını ve haklarını anlatır. Tonqa bağımsız bir geliştirici tarafından geliştirilir; kişisel verilerinden Tonqa sorumludur. Her soru için: support@tonqagames.com
Topladığımız bilgiler
- Hesap. Uygulama ilk açılışta senin için bir misafir hesap açar: rastgele üretilen bir cihaz kimliği ve hesap kimliği, seçtiğin kullanıcı adı ve uygulama dili. Hesabını Apple ya da Google ile bağlarsan, bu hizmetin bize ilettiği hesap kimliği de saklanır. Şifreni hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.
- Oyun. Oynadığın odalar ve oyunlar, puanların, karşılaştığın sorular (aynı soruyu tekrar sormamak için), son birlikte oynadığın oyuncular, arkadaşlıkların, engellediğin oyuncular, davetler ve bildirdiğin hatalı sorular.
- Bildirimler. İzin verirsen, sana davet ve arkadaşlık bildirimi gönderebilmek için cihazının bildirim anahtarı (push token) ve platformu.
- Sohbet ve moderasyon. Lobi sohbeti saklanmaz. Bir oyuncu bildirildiğinde moderasyon için şunlar kaydedilir: bildiren ve bildirilen oyuncunun hesap kimlikleri, bildirimin sebebi ve zamanı, bildirimin yapıldığı odadaki son 30 sohbet satırı (yazıldığı hâliyle). Uygunsuz kelime içeren mesajların zamanı, sohbeti kademeli kapatabilmek için kısa süre tutulur. Topluluk kurallarını kabul ettiğin zaman hesabınla birlikte saklanır.
- Teknik kayıtlar. Sunucu, hataları bulabilmek için kısa süreli teknik kayıtlar tutar.
Reklam göstermeyiz, analiz ya da izleme araçları kullanmayız ve bilgilerini satmayız.
Bilgileri nasıl kullanırız
- Oyunu çalıştırmak: odalar, eşleşmeler, puanlar ve sorular.
- Arkadaşlık, davet ve bildirimleri iletmek.
- Topluluğu korumak: uygunsuz içeriği gizlemek, bildirimleri incelemek, kuralları çiğneyenlere yaptırım uygulamak.
- Destek taleplerine cevap vermek.
Kimlerle paylaşırız
Bilgilerin yalnız Tonqa'yı çalıştırmak için gereken hizmet sağlayıcılarla, gereken kadarıyla paylaşılır:
- oyun sunucusunun çalıştığı sunucu sağlayıcısı;
- bildirimleri cihazına iletmek için Google Firebase Cloud Messaging ve Apple Push Notification service (bildirim anahtarı ve bildirimin metni);
- hesabını bağlarsan Apple ile Giriş ve Google ile Giriş.
Bu sağlayıcılar bilgileri Türkiye dışında işleyebilir. Yasal bir zorunluluk olursa yetkili makamlarla paylaşabiliriz.
Saklama süresi
- Hesap ve oyun bilgileri hesabını silene kadar saklanır.
- Moderasyon kayıtları (bildirimler ve sohbet satırları) 90 gün sonra silinir.
- Bildirim anahtarları, bildirimleri kapattığında ya da anahtar geçersiz olduğunda silinir.
Hesabını silmek
Uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesabı sil ile hesabını istediğin an silebilirsin; hesabın ve ona bağlı bilgiler hemen silinir. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan hesap silme sayfasındaki adımları izle.
Hakların
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında bilgilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme hakların var. Bunun için support@tonqagames.com adresine kullanıcı adınla birlikte yaz.
Çocuklar
Tonqa 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaştaki çocuklardan bilerek bilgi toplamayız. Böyle bir hesap fark edersek sileriz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişebilir; güncel hâli her zaman bu sayfadadır. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada duyururuz.
Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Tonqa mobile app collects, why, how it is used and what your rights are. Tonqa is made by an independent developer; Tonqa is responsible for your personal data. Any questions: support@tonqagames.com
What we collect
- Account. On first launch the app creates a guest account for you: a randomly generated device id and account id, the username you choose and the app language. If you link your account to Apple or Google, the account id that service gives us is stored too. We never see your password.
- Games. The rooms and games you play, your scores, the questions you have seen (so they do not repeat), the players you recently played with, your friends, the players you block, invites and the questions you report as wrong.
- Notifications. If you allow them, your device's notification token (push token) and platform, so we can send you invites and friend notifications.
- Chat and moderation. Lobby chat is not stored. When a player is reported, we keep for moderation: the reporting and reported players' account ids, the reason and time of the report, and the last 30 chat lines of the room the report came from, as written. The times of messages with objectionable words are kept for a short while to close a chat step by step. The time you accepted the community rules is kept with your account.
- Technical logs. The server keeps short-lived technical logs to find errors.
We show no ads, use no analytics or tracking tools, and do not sell your information.
How we use it
- To run the game: rooms, matches, scores and questions.
- To deliver friend requests, invites and notifications.
- To keep the community safe: hiding objectionable content, reviewing reports and acting against rule breakers.
- To answer support requests.
Who we share it with
Your information is shared only with the service providers needed to run Tonqa, and only as much as they need:
- the hosting provider the game server runs on;
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and the Apple Push Notification service, to deliver notifications (the notification token and the notification's text);
- Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In, if you link your account.
These providers may process information outside Turkey. We may share information with authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Account and game information is kept until you delete your account.
- Moderation records (reports and chat lines) are deleted after 90 days.
- Notification tokens are deleted when you turn notifications off or the token stops working.
Deleting your account
In the app, Settings → Delete account deletes your account at any time; the account and its information are deleted at once. If you cannot open the app, follow the steps on the account deletion page.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you may ask to see, correct or delete your information and object to its processing. Write to support@tonqagames.com with your username.
Children
Tonqa is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we find such an account, we delete it.
Changes
This policy may change; the current version is always on this page. We announce important changes in the app.
