Uygulamadan
- Tonqa'yı aç ve ana menüdeki ⚙️ simgesine dokunarak Ayarlar'a gir.
- Sayfanın en altındaki Hesabı sil'e dokun.
- Onayla. Hesabın hemen silinir ve uygulama yeni bir misafir hesabıyla açılır.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan
support@tonqagames.com adresine "Hesap silme" konulu, kullanıcı adını yazdığın bir e-posta gönder. Hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde sileriz ve sana haber veririz.
Neler silinir
- hesabın, kullanıcı adın ve bağlı Apple / Google kimliği;
- oyun ve puan geçmişin, karşılaştığın sorular, son oynadığın oyuncular;
- arkadaşlıkların, engellediklerin ve davetlerin;
- bildirim anahtarların ve moderasyon durumun.
Neler bir süre kalır
Başka oyuncular hakkında yaptığın bildirimler, moderasyon için en fazla 90 gün saklanır ve sonra silinir.
Silinen bir hesap geri getirilemez.
Delete your account

In the app
- Open Tonqa and tap ⚙️ on the main menu to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted at once and the app starts again with a new guest account.
If you cannot open the app
Send an email with the subject "Delete account" and your username to support@tonqagames.com. Once we have checked that the account is yours, we delete it within 30 days and let you know.
What is deleted
- your account, your username and any linked Apple / Google id;
- your game and score history, the questions you have seen and your recent players;
- your friends, blocked players and invites;
- your notification tokens and moderation state.
What stays for a while
Reports you made about other players are kept for moderation for up to 90 days, then deleted.
A deleted account cannot be restored.
